Sri.Cecil Antony, Chairman
Started his career with Steel Authority of India Ltd. (SAIL), Durgapur Steel Plant in the year 1989 just after completion of his B.Tech (Elec) from Jabalpur Engineering College at Madhya Pradesh. Mr. Antony quit his job in 1991 and started Group Synergy and is involved for the last 14 years in the field of Education, Consultancy, Agriculture, Renewable Energy and Marine Services. The group is operating from more than 15 locations in India.
Sri. Amitabh Gupta
Started his career with Steel Authority of India Ltd. (SAIL), Durgapur Steel Plant in the year 1989 just after completion of his B.Tech (Elec) from Lucknow Engineering College. Mr. Gupta quit his job from SAIL and joined as a Director of Group Synergy and he is presently looking after the Education division.

Sri. Prashant Kumar
Started his career with Steel Authority of India Ltd. (SAIL), Durgapur Steel Plant in the year 1989 just after completion of his B.Tech (Civil Engineering) from Indian Institute of technology (IIT) Kharagpur. Mr. Kumar has served for 9 years in SAIL and resigned in the year 1998. He joined Group Synergy as a Director and looks after the Education & Consulting division.

Sri. Francis Antony
After completing B.Com, he joined Group Synergy as Director in the year 1992 looking after educational activities at various units in West Bengal and other States. He is presently look after the agriculture division as the Managing Director and is involved in consulting operations.
